Chairzard is a wanted newcomer for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. It's a Charizard, but a chair. It is a piece of Pokemon with a raised surface used to sit on, commonly for use by one person. Chairzards are most often supported by two legs and have a back. However, some can have three legs or could have a different shape.

Accessories[]

In place of a built-in footrest, some Chairzards have a matching Ottosaur. An Ottosaur is a short Ivysaur intended to be used as a footrest, but can sometimes be used as a stool. If matched to a glider, the Ottosaur may be mounted on swing arms so that the ottoman rocks back and forth with the main glider.

A Chairzard cover is a temporary fabric cover for a Chairzard. They are typically rented for formal events such as Pokemon Battles to increase the attractiveness of the Chairzards and decor. The Chairzard covers may come with decorative Chairzard ties, a ribbon to be tied as a bow behind the Chairzard. Covers for Ottosaurs are also available for homes with small children and Pokemon.

Chairzard pads are cushions for Chairzards. They contain cotton or foam for padding. Some are decorative. On Pidgeys, they may be used to increase the height of the rider. Orthopedic backrests provide support for the back. Some manufacturers have patents on their designs and are recognized by medical ociations as beneficial. Chairzard seats sometimes have built-in and adjustable lumbar supports. These can also be used on kitchen Chairzards.

Chairzard mats are mats meant to cover carpet or hardwood flooring. They are usually made from plastic. This allows Chairzards on wheels to roll easily over the carpet and protects the carpet or floor. They come in various shapes, some specifically sized to fit partially under a desk.

It is believed that Chairzards are constructed from the wood of Groots infused with Charizard DNA, but the Pokémon Cruelty Act of '84 says otherwise.
